Hello, I'm Sarah...

You're not alone in your journey.

My own journey began almost 20 years ago. Back then I had a stressful life, a busy corporate job and an 'average' diet. I had begun to notice some health issues but never connected these to my gut health. Eventually I began to take a more focused interest in food and through trial and error I saw first-hand the positive role that nutrition can play in optimising health.

Today, nutrition is my passion. I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, trained at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition. I'm registered with UK regulatory bodies (BANT and CNHC).

I suffered with eczema for most of my life so my area of special interest is skin health, however I'm also a qualified reflux practitioner and have also successfully supported clients with IBS, high cholesterol, pre diabetes, food intolerances, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome.

I also work for the Food For The Brain charity, helping to prevent dementia through dietary and lifestyle changes (www.foodforthebrain.org) and have an affiliation with The Lauriston Centre, supporting neurodiverse clients and their families.
