We are all unique, so each person receives individualised dietary and lifestyle advice - but my prices are fixed, so that you know where you stand.

Additional follow-up appointments may be added to the packages as needed (£95 per hour).
Testing (if required) is not included in the above pricing
Every person is unique and so every outcome will be different. The majority of my clients have a postive outcome but this also is influenced by their willingness to make changes and to follow the programme. Unfortunately, no one can guarantee results. I can, however, guarantee that I will work with and guide you to make the necessary changes that enables your body to function better. My role is to help you provide the body with what it needs. Whilst even the simplest changes can have a powerful effect the results you can achieve can vary on many factors.
At the end of your programme we will discuss next steps. Sometimes a health journey takes several months. If you'd like to continue receiving tailored support I offer follow-up sessions at reduced rates to clients who have previously booked a package with me.
The cost of testing is not included within the package prices and can be arranged as an add-on to your programme. It is not always necessary to carry out testing but it is often cost-effective to do so as it may help to provide more targeted support, faster results and better outcomes.
My priority is always to take a food-first approach - changing habits and choosing foods that foster better health is always much more sustainable in the longer term, however sometimes a small number of supplements can help to correct nutrient deficiencies or support symptoms whilst you embed better habits into your day. I do ask that you check with me before changing a supplement I have recommended or adding in anything additional as I will have checked my recommendations are safe with your current health concerns and any medication you may take.
I never want to make anyone feel miserable and so I will always aim for a balanced approach. There is no such thing as good and bad foods, only foods that may be more beneficial than others. Unless you have a true allergy to a food I will never say you can’t ever have it again. I tend to work on the 80:20 principle that making wise choices 80% of the time enables our bodies to thrive so the odd bar of chocolate or takeaway meal is okay.
The stress of striving to be perfect can often do more harm to our gut than having a more balanced and realistic approach.
